Horizon Media company, big, hosted the inaugural Sightline Bootcamp from September 13-15, hosting founders, CEOs and marketing executives from emerging and rapidly scaling brands to tackle the industry’s most pressing challenges—including customer acquisition, channel distribution and budget maximization.
Catalina was chosen as the purchase-based data insights provider for Horizon Media. Catalina will strengthen Horizon Media’s proprietary blu. data platform and client support capabilities.
Constellation is expanding globally with new offices in Toronto, Dubai and Seoul following a year of 90% growth and over $20 million in revenue. The expansion will come with 100 new hires, aiming to diversify its team, build out its portfolio in new industries and provide additional support to clients.
Visit Tampa chose FKQ Advertising and Marketing as its agency of record, expanding on a longstanding relationship between the two companies. FKQ will lead brand strategy, creative and integrated media buying for the company.

Human Media Group and Streamworks, both content creator representation and brand deal agencies, merged to create Mana Talent Group. The group aims to expand its footprint in the industry with an ethos surrounding “Creator Owned, Creator First.”
Production company Miniac Films launched Miniac, a hybrid creative and production agency specializing in working with brand-side in-house departments. The agency has already demonstrated its effectiveness working with brands, including Adidas and Lululemon.
Periscope is launching a three-year engagement as the creative agency of record for Meet Minneapolis. The partnership aims to solidify the agency’s tie to the Twin Cities and the tourism space.
Red Havas launched Red Impact, a communication service offering clients greater access to its micronetwork’s knowledge in purpose, sustainability and environmental, social and corporate governance.
Independent natural foods agency SRW Agency will be hosting a voter registration drive at its Chicago and Boulder offices on Tuesday, September 20. Attendees will be able to register to vote, craft a voting plan, update voter registration and grab snacks and swag.
Canadian comedy directorial duo Adam & Dave launched a new production company based in Toronto named The Salmon. The duo met in film school and has over 20 years of experience working together professionally for clients, including Geico, ESPN, Mtn Dew and Twizzlers.
